FPD Question

My car recently overflooded with fuel out to my turbo so i decided to check my pulsation damper. i noticed that the screw is still on pretty tight should i still be concerned? the car has 143k on it and the previous owner doesn't know if has been replaced or not.

The S4 FPD sucks *****. Thats one of the reasons the engine gets into a ball of fire. I would recommend using the S5 fuel rails. It doesnt have the screw in the middle.
