FPD Question

My car recently overflooded with fuel out to my turbo so i decided to check my pulsation damper. i noticed that the screw is still on pretty tight should i still be concerned? the car has 143k on it and the previous owner doesn't know if has been replaced or not.

The S4 FPD sucks balls. Thats one of the reasons the engine gets into a ball of fire. I would recommend using the S5 fuel rails. It doesnt have the screw in the middle.
