f'n injectors, i need ideas please
as some of you might know, i'm doing an 89 t2 jdm motor in my 86 rx,
between 86 and 89 the harnesses changed for the cars, and i basicly had to make my own harness out of the two i had, with all the essentials such as the cas, injectors, tps, cts, etc...
now everything is connected and working, but the car won't start.
so i checked:
spark----good
compression------good
fuel pressure-----good
oil pressure from omp----good
and i checked the injectors with the noid lights, and only the first primary flashed.
i went to check all of my other connections, where the blk/yel wires intersect, etc..
and everything looks fine, but the ecu is only shoting at the one injector.
so my ideas are either it's the ecu, improper cas connection, or the differrence between the 86 and 89 does not allow the injectors to fire. but all injectors have power, they're just not getting the signal from the ecu, so if you had enough passions to read all of this hit me back...

Now of the 2 wires the goes to every inj, one is a constant 12v, and the other is a ground placed by the ecu. So put the ign to "ON" and check all the injectors. There should be 12v at every single inj. If there is not, then you should retrace your wiring. If there is 12v at every inj. then your problem is in the signal from the ecu.

oh i know what you mean but i checked both coils and al four spark plugs are firing, like i said only one of the injectors is firing, but i gues i'll unwrap the harness AGAIN, and see if somethin's wrong...
