Angry F'n Emissions!

I hate emissions! Last night I got nabbed for expired plates, so in turn I have to get my emissions test just to get my sticker! So I went and these were the results;

ASM2525 Test (driving test)

HC ppm (limit) 120 (Reading) 305 FAIL

CO% (limit) 0.67 (Reading) 1.29 FAIL

NO ppm (limit) 1356 (reading) 115 PASS

CURB IDLE TEST

HC ppm (limit) 300 (reading) 204 PASS

CO% (limit) 1.50 (reading) 0.03 PASS

NO ppm N/A

Son of a bitch! The problem is I don't have the ACV, EGR, AIR Pump, and Split Air pipe. I do however have a high flow cat, and a 2 chamber resonator. I just did a oil change, but I might need to get plugs, and Methynal Alcohol to pass it! Did I mention I hate emissions! My question is, can anyone tell me if I'm way off passing this thing, or is it fairly close to passing? I could just pay someone to pass me, but it's quite a bit of cash! So should I fix it to pass or pay?
