FMIC with power steering cooling line Q's

so does the kits people buy enable you to keep this?? do you people still have PS with your FMIC? how was it fitting it between the bumber and this??

also, does anyone have pictures of where the Greddy kit puts the IC piping though? im talking about the washer resivour hole and by the battery?? did you have to cut the hole bigger on each side?? id like to keep my washer fluid resivour and maybe find another way to route the piping but where? i will prob. relocate my battery...and id like to keep my PS too...

thanks!

Ill try to dig up some pics of my pipingted around the P/S pump (underneath it) but my I/C is still in limbo...is not a typical setup - the I/C will situnder the hood latch and be covered by the factory plastic baffles around the hood latch.

The power steering cooler is a small loop of tube. It's easy to bend and relocate. The bigger problem is getting the intercooler piping past the power steering pump. Generally it will run underneath the pump and then make a quick upwards turn to meet up with the throttle body.

so you DO in fact need to relocate it??
and since im 6 port turbo i dont need to worry about the power steering BUT id still like to see the pictures...
i dont know if i want to keep it all on one side ( the IC piping) or run it up by the battery and take it across where the fan shroud is a run a E-fan...

Depending on your intercooler you may have to move it slightly or move it alot.

My P/S cooler lines are basically shoved back. They typically mount ahead of that bar thing (REAL technical - hehe) but I flipped it and they now occupy more of the space where the factory E-fan was.

i havent taken the bumber off to inspect the whole situation, im just trying to plan ahead on the work and preperation needed to be done..

thanks for the help!!
