BOV hooked up right? A line must have come off, check the UIM nipples.

The piping/IC wouln't cause a vacuum leak as it's all before the throttle plates. The leak is behind the plates, somewhere in the manifolds. You must have knocked a line/cap off somewhere. Double check the BOV line also that's it's connected to the correct nipples.

Check the throttle cables? it would have to be one hell of a vac leak to account for a 3k "idle"

When I disconnected the vac line for the blow-off, my idle went from 700 to 1100. So that gotta be a HUGE vacuu, leak.
