Flywheel Question

I'm gonna get my rebuilt engine, done by Pineapple Racing, and was wondering how to remove the flywheel key on the eccentric shaft. The Haynes manual just says to remove it, but I can't get it to budge. Thanks for the help

Try tapping the end with a screw driver and a rubber mallet. They usually just come out when you remove the flywheel.

Tap it towards the front of the engine? I'll give it a try, anyone else have any ideas, feel free to post 'em .
