flood on my street car wont start

had a minor flood on my street a gutter backed up and now my car wont start it seems like its not getting any spark to the plug wires i think the coils may be bad but not really sure what else can i look for.. changed oil in case of any water getting in the oil pan

got to the ecu under the carpet and it turns out it was sitting in a puddle, now i am sure the ecu is toast but what else should i look into? could have anthing else gone bad that wont give spark our fuel?

check the EGI fuse in the Engine bay..actually start checking fuses..If the ECU was Drenched and you tried starting it,it could have fried..I can't think if it would damage anything else though...If the Ecu goes,it just doesn't give out anything the engine can read..so honestly,I can't see it Harming anything,.Only Blowing a fuse.

like mister said, check your fuses and see if any are blown, i would suggest cleaning the puddle up and allowing it to dry out and plug it back in, see what happenes, then let us know

it was the ECM yea i cant really clean the puddles up to much until after the insurance guy comes and looks interior is shot so we will see i took ecu out to dry and everything to see if it will work when i took it out it poored water i have already checked all my fuses but i will double check them cuz i have tried starting it since i checked them
