Flexible IC piping. (Anyone use these?)

I am trying my damnedest to keep the fog lights but can't if I keep my front mount. There's no room for the piping without interfering with the fogs or the headlight retractors because the IC piping exiting on the sides.

So I have 3 options:
  1. Get a new front mount where the pipes route out the back of the IC, in to the engine bay
  2. Say "screw it" and ditch the fogs (which would be my very last option. RE Amemiya bumpers look stupid with just the empty round holes)
  3. Find a "flexible" alternative to the piping going from the IC around the fogs and headlight retractors and connect back in to my aluminum piping.

Has anyone ever used these, or something similar?

Do they hold up?

I dont think that would hold up even on a piston motor

Is there an option?

BTW: The screen saver on my PC rotates through about 80 or so pictures of my family and stuff, and 6 pics of your vert are in the mix. BY FAR the best looking one out there!

that hose isn't meant to be pressurized.

either go with a new intercooler or remount it and modify the piping

Anyone know what they use on diesel trucks? I'm talking Mack and Peterbuilt, not F350. I doubt their using aluminum piping. I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

Diesel trucks actually do use formed aluminum pipe and regular multiple ply boost hose connectors.

Most use hump hoses for flexibility and part movement but none use flexible hose like you are looking for...

Normal hump hose style coupler used on most diesel trucks that comes in different lengths for different applications-

Just find another intercooler that fit's the way you want or worst case have one made that fits exactly like you want and has the piping routed in a way that allows you to keep your accessories.

Siliconeintakes.com has a wide selection of flexible silicone tubing designed for plumbing intercoolers.

But a better solution would be to modify the intercooler end tanks so that they inlets/outlets are in a better location. You'll also end up with far shorter plumbing runs.
