There is a switch on the panel behind the shifter. I think that when it is forwards they are on and back is off. The only come on when your headlights are on, and go off when you turn on your brights.

The FTP's-
Basically you use those by clicking your brights when your headlights are down.

I hope that clears it up.

FTP lenses are just the high beams shining through the ports when the headlights are down and you pull high beams on. Fog lights shut off when you turn the high beams on but they should be on if your fog light switch is on in the center console and the headlights are on.

Yes, the switch is suppose to be right next to the security light. If you don't have one, something is amiss. Maybe they're aftermarket fog lights or something? or your switch has been removed. Who knows, if your handy under the hood, you might check the leads from the lamps and see if they've been spliced into a harness somewhere. Good luck!

Yep that is where it should be. Check under the hood for different wiring. Look for a aftermarket switch somewhere else in the car.
