flange pipe

ok... so i have a turbo xs bov. I figured i could just pickup a flange pipe off ebay that was compatible with the turboxs then i realized that there r two pipes running off of the factory flange pipe..what do i do??? does this mean I have to have the adapter that came with the bov welded on somewhere??? and if so what is the factory flange pipe made out of????? thanks

The stock BOV connects to the aluminium pipe that leads from the turbo to the intercooler. In order to use an aftermarket BOV you have three options:

1. Make/purchase a flange that connects to your aftermarket BOV and connect to factory nipple with a small section of hosed and two hose clamps

2. Purchase an aftermarket pipe that allows you to mount the valve directly

3. Cut the nipple off of the stock tube and weld on a flange.

Either way you do it, you have to plug the hole in the TID.

Take a look at the factory service manual (see the FAQ). It has diagrams which show you the function of each hose.
