I had the MiniDV camera for a PSA I was filming for class, so I took some liberties with it and filmed my exhaust. The digital exposure rate (how many frames per second) is pretty high so I was able to slow it down on the digital linear editors and make some more impressive footage stretching the flame times out to a couple seconds and then slowing it down even more so they looked super slow-mo. Big flames are pretty hard to come by now that I rebuilt the motor with mega porting. Maybe when I get the fuel computer back to "happy" or end up stand-alone I'll be able to shoot the mega flames again. Right now its hard to pass enough extra fuel to pop them off more than maybe a foot. Still looks like afterburners out of my 4" tips.
