Fixing up the audio (pics)
The existing sound system in my car, when I picked it up, sucked! There was no lows what-so-ever, all high's, it sounded really bad no matter how I tweaked it. Now I really don't want to sink a lot of money into the audio right away. I already had a Kenwood CD player and I put that in, replacing some Panasonic that came with it, so next I figured I'd replace the speakers.
edit: broken images
There would be more pics, but I cant get them to upload, and I dont have a host
After pulling the old speakers out I think I figured out why it sounded so bad.
Yuck
Yay for 14 year old electronics
And I picked up 4 of these to replace them, nothing really great, but it's a lot better then that stock ****

For now, I'm just going with the stock wires but hey, I know I'm not doing it right, I'm doing it right now

What I think I'll eventually do, when I feel like spending some real money, is of course run new wires, get amp's for the door and strut tower speakers, and find some new speakers to go in the dash and just run those off the headunit.
My next step audio wise will probably be getting one or two of these to put behind the seats.

Or if I cant find a decent price on those, probably just a simple 8" sub in the hatch.
The next thing really need to do though is figure out why my wipers only have 2 settings, fast, and stop
