CA Fixing broken FC Antenna

Hey guys my 1991 rx7 coupe has a broken power antenna. I don't know what's wrong with it and don't have time to diagnose it. Would buying this help me solve the problem? Seems like everything's in there...

not sure whats wrong with it but i believe i hear the motor when i turn my radio on but the stick isnt moving. i can manually pull it up and push it down (which ive done). Not sure if a new mast will fully fix the problem why is why i looked into the complete new unit from ebay if its only $42.

Found out what a mast is. One can be purchased for only $15 online, but why does mazdatrix charge 50 for theirs? I looked at this site and you can get "oem" quality mast+motor(just to be sure) for about 50 Mazda RX7 Power Antenna Mast 1986-1992, 0000-81-A901, 000081A901
