Well I went home last night, not willing to accept that the injectors went bad " all of a sudden".

I pulled the air filter, and low and behold the air meter flapper was stuck open. It had some goo on it, from the old air box setup, which had stuck the door open, I cleaned it out, it closed and it fired right up.

Also the PD was making noises, once I got the AFM to close the noisies stoped, so if your PD is making noises and the car won't start, its the flapper door of the meter.
