First Start up...and ive got problems..

little history,
bought an 87 Turbo off a forum member with bad oil seals and 2 extra motors.
Rebuilt motor, new apex seals, ect.

so i put everything back together and started it up.
i had to through oil in the lower plugs to help first start up but it cranked and started greAt. wouldnt hold idle yet but it runs :]

NOW...On the ACV there is a hose that runs to the relief silencer. i had that unhooked at the time since well. its just emmisions.
well turned the car off and looked around just to make sure everything was all good.

but now the passenger side firewall corner and side is sprayed with what looks like oil. it looks like black paint splatter and it was coming out of the line from the ACV.

Is that normal?
I do have the EGR blocked off and rats nest removed. I however have the Crankcase vent lines just open \at the moment so i dont have a line going to the charcoal canister (still figuring out how to route thatwith emmisions removed.)

You'd have to pour oil into the air pump to get it to spray out of the ACV. Are you sure your oil connections on the turbo are tight?
