No buy! No buy now! check your CEL codes before you automatically assume it's the OMP. It very well may be the OMP, but no sense throwing away money on stuff you don't need. It's easy to do, and takes two seconds. with the car OFF pop open your hood, and you will see a little one pin green connector hanging out by your battery. Jumper this connector to the neg. terminal on the battery, any piece of wire will do. Just make sure to jump it to the NEG. terminal. Now, step into your car, turn the key to the ON position (DO NOT START THE CAR!!!!!) and wait. Keep an eye on the CEL light, it will start flashing. For info on how to decode what your car is trying to say to you, google search "rx7 engine codes" TA-DAH!!!
Gotta love s5's!

If it's not limp mode check your catalytic converters.

do you have the OMP disonnected?..it will go into 'Limp" mode On the ECU if you do...The only way to run the S5 By Premix is to have the OMP connected ,but Tucked aside..
