Good ideas! Hope this thread helps some people make their rides safer as well! And I will NOT put it on the A pillar. However, what should I use to mount it?

i got an automotive fire extinguishe for like 13 bucks from advance auto and it has mounts on it. i mounted it betweent the seats on the front face of the storage bin container.

it is good to have a fire ext. in any car regardless of whether there is a pending problem. although you should definitely get an s5 fuel rail.

I have a First Alert Auto that I got at the local Wal-Mart. I mounted it on the driver's side behind the seat, on the plastic that holds the storage bins. It's unobtrusive and easy to reach (when you're out of the car, it's not as easy in the car, but doable).

It costs just 11 dollars.
