make sure you a good charged battery, new engines have a lot of drag inside and spinning it fast enough with good spark its needed.

It sounds to me like you are very close to getting it started. once you start to see some smoke from the exhaust, you know your almost there.

I have gotten 3 rx7s that were supposed to have been blown and where locked up solid and once I see that smoke start, I know all I have to do is pull the plugs a few more times and inject some more ATF or OIL in the housings and they always start!

Damn I love $300 blown RX7s that run for me in less than 2 hours.

 

ok, i will try all this today, but i also need 100% confirmation on the wiring harness connections, i may have put the injector connectors wrong, since all the nail polished i used came off durning the rebuild, is there anyone with a 86NA, that can take a picture of the injectors ( primary and secondary ) for me to use as a reference.

I just need to be sure that its not a problem so i can move on...

 

ok i tried the timming thing, i get nothing, also smoke is comming out of the left side of the ENGINE not the exhaust, to make it clear.

Also there is a horrible clickings/grinding sound comming from the engine also i have no idea what it is...
