nice work on the side exhaust. woulda been neato if it had a pipe running along the whole side like a cobra (that's what i was thinking when i read the title).

how well does the fan work with no shroud? still keep you nice and cool?

I was thinking the same thing--like the 427 corvettes, with the perforated heat shields on them?? I just don't know if that would look anything close to decent on a 7 or not.....anyone seen one like that?? or maybe someone can do up a photoshop or something??

the problem with the full side exhaust, is that the headers end 5-7 inches behind the front tire. "S"turn would be needed to put a full side.

its funny that this thread has been fairly decent, while the same thread on n0pistons turned into a bunch of kids trying to show off how cool they are.

it is neither of those. it is closer to a glasspack but the packing is ceramic&SS. supposed to hold up to 1800 degrees. i guess not
