Finally Passed- again

I passed the GA emissions test today!
Now I can pay the registration and legally (!) drive my 7 again...
Thanks to Hailers, ReTed, and SixRotors for insight and wisdom.

Everything was way within tollerance except HC which passes by 1 ppm!!! blew a 180 out of 181.

So I'm still running rich but at least I'm running!

well, I did change the plug wires and reset the TPS (via lightbulb method) but failed (much worse) after those changes.
My first test had everything but HC passing easy and the HC was about 30ppm over the limit.
This time I set the tps with the engine HOT using a meter.
I also pulled the front (of two) vacume hose from the top of the ACV and plugged it. This was on advice from a couple people who said it should cause the ACV to send all the air to the split air pipe. I'm not convinced this had any effect.
