Figured out my idle problem
Well the second I decided my BOV was faulty, I noticed one of the hoses coming off the pipe that came with the bov had managed to completly explode 
Ill get a post of it up soon, it looks funny as hell, looks like someone shot the poor little hose with a shotgun =)
