Fiberglass bumper Mod

I cant seem to find any purpose to the clear upper corner lenses on the front of the car. does anyone know if they do anything or actually have a purpose.

If there is no pupose i am thinking about either taking out the lense and covering the hole with fiberglass or putting some sort of auxiliary light or something like that.

If anyone knows what the purpose of thes are tell me. I find it hard to believe that it is there with absolutely no purpose.

Thanks,
Justin

Its the flash-to-pass lenses. When you flash your lights with the headlights off, the headlight doesnt go up, it just shines through those lenses.

well, that explains why i can see the head light through it.

I still dont like it, and it isnt very aerodynamicaly positioned(sunken into the bumper) so i think i am gonna remove it and replace it with some different plastic, closer to the bumper surface.

Any suggestions?

Justin

cold air to a cone filter. a lot of people remove the lens for that purpose.
