How beefy can a NA tranny be made?

I shelled out my tranny saturday night. And I will be getting it rebuilt this week and I was wondering if there were any trick or if say T2 parts could be substituted to make it stronger.

Dont get your fluid changed on really high milage transmissions, unless you have changed out the fluid in it regularly.

Put the TII drivetrain in it. It's MUCH stronger, and not that much hassle to change. PM me and we'll see what I can do to help out.

I would definately see if you can get a T2 tranny before you have that one rebuilt it might accually be cheaper also.
