A Few Questions About S5 Turbo's

Okay im going to need to get a used S5 turbo or rebuild the turbo I have now.What is the exact size of this turbo?Any suggestions on where to go for the rebuild kit or should I just have a company rebuild it?It can't be that hard can it?Any info will be appreciated thank you.

The short version:
The stock turbo’s center section is water cooled & most replacements are only oil cooled.
The stock compressor does great up to ~5K RPM before it gets behind.
The stock hot side has more potential then the stock compressor. That’s why hybrids are so popular.

The stock Hitachi turbo uses the same bearings as a Garret T-4.
