a few questions

i made a ACV block off plate and i wanted to check a few things before i messed anything up,

1)you leave the check valve out right?

2) how do you get the block off plate to stay i made mine out of .025 aluminum and there is like a 1/2 inch gap between the end of the threads and the plates itself?(jb weld?)

3) i can remove all the vacum lines that attach to it right, i dont need to keep the pressure senor attached?

ok guys thats all for now

thanks
JOe

It doesn’t matter, it’s useless anyway.

Remove the studs and replace them with shorter bolts.

The vac lines that go to the metal spider can be removed and capped. The pressure sensor line must be kept working. Tee it into the BOV line.
