A few questions

Okay, isn't it normal for rpm's to goto 3000 when you first start your car. (At least it was for me)

After my starter died, I think I tried starting it too many times and flooded the engine a little, now it goes up to 2000 when it starts up? Is this bad? Is the engine okay? What can I do to do what it was doing before?

Also when my car is too cold, it doesn't like to start unless I pump the gas, is that normal? Is there something I can do to fix this? (Note I just replaced my starter)

Also, I would like to find the Tail lights from the Turbo model as to my plain old lights from the N/A's. Where could I find them besides ebay for a good price?

You can find them tail lights here in the for sale section for pretty cheap. My TII does that at start also but not all the time.Ive experienced with having to push the gas a little for it to start but only twice that happened.Im pretty sure its normal so dont worry. How many miles are on that engine?

All of your answers could have been answered by reading the "FAQ for FCs" at the top of this forum. Please go read them, as there is a lot of helpful info in there.. To quickly answer a few of your questions, yes the 3000 RPM startup is normal. It is part of the AWS system, used to get the car up to operating temperature more quickly, and to heat up the pre cats for emissions purposes. As for the tail lights, you probably are reffering to the S5 (89-91) tail lights, which are have round lenses, as opposed to the S4 (86-88) square lenses. Yes you can swap them over, with minor adjustment to the mounting panel.

Re: A few questions

the idle at 3k is normal in all fc's

as duffmangt said, most likely your fc is fuel injected in which case u shouldn't need to or want to pump the gas

do u mean the s5 tail lights? not the t2 tail lights? cause t2 and n/a tails are the same...
