A few pics of my 170k mile FC

Here are a few pics of the engine of my FC s5. 91 N/A. The car has 170k mile on it and still runs strong, although I thought the N/A was faster than how mine is I might just need to do some things.

Well the engine bay looks cool. Just get rid of the cheapy cone!

It looks like you have one of the rarer FC's the 91 only had slightly over 6k produced! nice! Sucks its got a ricer exhaust on it. Save up for something nice, RP, Borla, RB.

yeah, 91 FC N/A, has some rear damage and the turn signals on the s5 tails are busted out. Runs strong and was thinking maybe the engine is a rebuild but there is no info in the car to say if it was a pro job. Engine runs really good for 170k and has no problems making it to 8500 RPM besides the pissy little horn that goes off to warn me. I want to clean the bay up more with a battery relocation new spark plus, wires, take out the AC since the return line is busted and it dosn't work, the Cruise Control is FUBAR as well and will be taken out. Other than that, the Intake Manifold looks brandnew, no rust, no cracks, no nothing. Just a little dirt from the weather. Not the fastest car on the block but it handles well, need an alignment, I want to have the underside looked at. new clutch was just installed less than 1k on it. the interior is a differant story, lots of little broken things all over, carpet is a mess, i've done some painting on some of the pannels but without a garage i couldn't do the dash since my appartment complex yelled at me for painting parts outside. The basement has 0 ventalation.

I'll see about posting more pics tomarrow when its light out.
Maybe you guys can give me some sugestions, I'm thinking of getting the turbo kit from fc32.org that Dave is working on, that is if the project turns out to suceed. But i have faith in Dave and the guys over there, if there is a will there is a way. Just a little more power for the straights then onto suspension and handling for the real fun. No drags for this corner hungry rex
