a few newbish questions

I tried searching but for some reason the search doesn't seem to be working right now.

I'm doing my first oil change on my 87 TII and I had a few questions. In the FAQ it says you can use mobil1 synthetic oil so i piced that up and picked up a fram synthetic oil filter. Is this filter ok?

Also how much oil does the rx7 take?

I was also wondering if bbs vert wheels fit over the 4 piston brakes of a TII.

concerning about the oil change, i dont know anything about the brand that YOU'RE NOT supposed to use for our car, so what I do is use a trusted name (and the expensive one) K&N Oil Filter (PN:HP1004) and Royal Purple 20W50.

everytime i do an oil change, i always put 4.5-4.7 but of course i know you can put 5 quarts in there no problem.

concerning about the vert wheels on the TII, i'm not sure... but i replaced my 1 piston brakes with 4 piston brakes on my NA and it worked with no problems on my wheels. (of course, i replaced the rotors too for the quad pistons)

i hope if i'm wrong on any of my info, please someone correct me. thanks.

more power to you!

fram oil filters would be the ones to stay away from. their catastrophic failure rate is still low, but apparently it's still higher than that of much cheaper (cheaper on the consumer end) filters.

Yes, vert wheels will fit, though they're smaller.
