FD Seats into FC

FD Seats into FC

So I found some cheap FD seats. Just wondering whats involved to get them into a FC?

Driver side (assuming you drive on the left), is not a big deal, passenger side is the bitch.
Remove your passenger seat and you'll see what you're dealing with.

So you'll be pulling your driver seat then.

Note that the inside slider sits higher and cocked at an angle (because it bolts to the transmission tunnel, not the floor).
The attachment points for the FD seat sit flat and are basically symmetrical.

Hard mounting the seat (no adjustment) is relatively simple.
Incorporating the stock FC tracks is the hard part, especially since it's your primary seat.
Seat height is going to be the problem...maybe.

Sweet as, thanks for the info. I may be able to get them for as low as $100nz so it will br worth grabbing them and having a look. By law here if I modify the rails I have to get a certificate which can be costly. If I can figure out a way to switch rails or have small adjustments then I should be ok.
