fd seats in a fc
ok so i was shopping for aftermarket seats, was talking to the guy about recaro seats as those are the only ones i have sat in and they felt good. Im pretty tall, so keep in mind that I only have about 2 inches or so from my head to the roof. This person suggested I get the fd seats as he claimed they sit pretty low??? Can any confirm this or not??? thanks

This again....
Have you ever sat in FD seats? They are inferior to FC seats (except for the fact that they can accomodate a harness). They don't bolt in, so "how low they sit" will be determined by the custom bracket you make to mount them; which IMO wouldn't even be worth your time to construct unless the seats were free...

Now THAT is a good question. Many people have reported that due to the uneven floorpan in the FC and the necessary bracketry required to fit aftermarket seats, that they actually rode higher....
not fd seats but still worth checking out
