I have a turbo s4 and was curious that if I use the s4 auto counterweight would the FD act flywheel bolt up and work properly?

The flywheel should fit the counterweight flange, but I don't know if the clutch cover (pressure plate) will.
It might, but you're going to have to test it.

had a chance to check act's part #'s

same part number for a 87-96 turbo rx-7 for the flywheel. clutch and pp are a different story. So if I get the FD flywheel (used) with a S4 counterweight and a S4 clutch and PP all should be good!
