FD brake kits on FC?

This is kind of a dumb question but does anyone know if you can put fd big brake kits on an FC? I know we can put the FD calipers on the FC but how about kits?

No, since the calipers are functionally identical, but the rotors are different sizes, the caliper won't fit over the rotor, since it'll try to be too far in radially. There's also potential issues with different rotor offsets causing it to not line up axially as well.

Do you have to have a kit to make the FD calipers fit?
