Fckin Pwnt By Mazda/Tokico Alliance

Ok so now that it's all nice out and shizz, I figure since I'm finally finished classes for the year and have free time, that I should install my Cusco coil overs. Welp uninstalling them from my JDM FC and putting stock shocks and struts in was a snap, so I figure "hey, putting these on my project FC should be no different or more challenging."
Was I ever wrong. Thanks in part to an alliance by Mazda and Tokico against me, I don't know wtf to do.
Here's the problem: The shock won't come off the ******* perch! So buddy and I decide to do a two man prying manouver. And it gets the shock off. However at this point I am now faced with an even bigger problem: The rubber bushing from the shock, along with the inner metal bushing is still stuck to the perch! I separated the shock from its bushings!
I'm in a bit of an omgwtfbbq situation here right now, and need some advice! I have pics, but I can't find my USB chord, so I'll have to wait til I find it to post them.

Most of the OEM struts were made by KYB, so not sure what you mean by Mazda Tokico alliance???

But your problem is unclear. Is the strut assembly out, or it is the part that is stuck in the car??? or is this when you are dissassbeling the strut that you are having issues with???

Sound to me like he's reffering to the rear shock lower mount bushing. How the hell he seperated it from the shock without paying attention to what the heck he was doing is beyond me. If it came out in one piece (read: did not rip out or tear the bushing to shreads) then all you have to do it retriev it from your lower perch and press it back into the lower shock mount. If its ripped or torn then I have no answer aside from getting some urathan stock, machining a new bushing for it then press it in. If you don't have the equiptment or know how, you may get a machine shop to do it. The cost might be more then the shock is worth though.

i think a picture would be more helpful, but get a hammer and a pry bar, or worst case scenario a torch and all things are possible. If its junk parts your ripping off it shouldn't be too difficult.

also, not to be a dick but double check and make sure you didnt miss something stupid you have to disconnnect.
