FCD with apexi boost controller

all right so i bought me a apexi avc-r and it replaces the stock pressure senser, my question is will the FCD make the readings in the boost controler all screwey?

It does not replace the stock MAP sensor, it has it's own. Leave the stock one alone.

sorry i got confused, it replaces the stock duty solinoid, i just tap into the pressure line, my bad. thanks
