Fc3s vacuum frustrations

Can someone please tell me what Is supposed to go on the open port on the ACV? This is my first rotary turbo and could use some assistance!

I think it goes to the air pump.

I'm not sure about turbo engines but that looks like the 6 port induction actuator on a N/A engine. If turbo engines have this function as well it goes to the air pump
