Haven't had time to finish UV'ing in a while, so I threw on a ink shader - here's what popped out the other end.

Idea for trash on ground: Pistons/rods/cams/crankshafts. Basically the "guts" of a boinger

Do a first gen next please! (low poly, game usable)

Im interested. What program are you using? Maya or 3d studio max? Are you using Brazil to render? looks good, id like to see it textured. How many polies is it at right now? you mentioned something about a million....thats ridiculously high.

It's been stated many times before what I'm using.

3ds max 2008, the render is the default rendering engine, with a custom shader.

The car is at 1.7 million polygons, exterior and parts of the interior.

Finished project is on hold while I learn blender for work, then I will be finishing all of the interior pieces and setting the lighting up for rendering.

It is coming, long project - spanning several different programs while I actually have learned to become an artist, haha...

I will be posting it eventually.

Working on the engine now, I need a STRAIGHT top view, and STRAIGHT side view of a rotor if possible.

nice, i used to do alot of modelling using maya and softimage, this is very nice modeling already for for still image, alot of details can be acheived by texturing so u dun needa spend so much time on modeling it. how heavy is it, can u show a screen shot with just wireframes? i'd be nice if u modeled aFD ( cus i drive FD, haha)

Yeah, I need it from a straight top view (lying flat on a table), and then a side view, so I can see the depth of it.

Top view is a little off, but pretty good. The side view isn't, the desk that it's on you can clearly see is at an angle, when I mean side I mean a direct straight parallel angle. If your table looks only SLIGHTLY like it goes into the distance, then it's correct.

Hopefully you get what I'm saying, trying to put it in lamens terms.
