Is the FC2000 Hella bumper kit considered a light upgrade?

Just curious.

I've got a set of quite powerful sealed halogens. I can't remember the name of them, I bought them 4 years ago or so andhave always been impressed at how nice they are for sealed beams.

The winter caused some nasty weather, and go figure, it looks like I need a new bumper, and to fix the light assembly. I've always admired the FC2000 front bumper look. I've already got widebody fenders, and I think they will work together nicely.

The main concern I have, is I *definafely* don't want to be taking a step down in lighting, as my job, school, and life keeps me doing alot of nightime driving both in and out of the city.

Any comments from anyone who has owned the bumper or seen in *FIRST PERSON* and experienced the night time drive with it? Other comments welcome, but please don't say "they suck" just because your girlfriends cousin's motherinlaws second removed brother thought he saw something familiar to an rx7 and saw it had shitty lights on a fancy body kit and told everyone that rx-7s have shitty lighting on aftermarket kits... Get my drift?

Define sweet *** deal... And are we talking both the high and low bulbs or lows only?
