FC wont start after replacing flywheel.

now i dont think this is a direct result of the flywheel being changed last sunday but more somehting that was bumped or knocked during the process.
the car started up after we finished doing the job but died after i gave it some revs. then the next day it wouldnt start up again. its almost starting and has a few little chugs but wont fire up. my fuel pumps working fine and im getting a good reading on my gauge when i crank. i checked the AFM a month ago and it was all good. the car started up before we removed the flywheel but was having troubles with it not idoling after it was givin some gas.

its a s4 block with s5 externals ( s4 trottle body ) mild ported secondarys. walbro pump. fly wheel was replaced with a S5 item

anyone know what i can do to check?
i think its a spark problem as im confident its getting fuel

1) Do you have spark?

2) Pull the spark plugs - are they wet? This confirms if you're getting fuel.
