FC stock stickers (and some extras)
I recreated some of the factory stickers found on my car as they were not in the best condition. I also plan on continuing this when I have free time and will to include not-yet-destroyed stickers as well. Since I already have them, I figured I might as well post them here so anyone wishing to print their own can do so. I will update this post in the future with new additions.
I currently have the following: Bleeder plug sticker, Coolant sticker (on overflow tank), Rod tige sticker, headlamp manual operation sticker, Radiator cap sticker.
I have images of the following (meaning they exist on the car): Capacity & weight stickers, fluids & emissions stickers, battery sticker (this one is from Atkins).
If anyone has an interesting sticker that i missed (including original battery cover sticker) feel free to post them below. These stickers are from my '86 GXL. I attached them all in the zip, using the SVG format (About SVG: Its a format that can be scaled indefinitely basically, you can use the free program Inkscape to edit and export the files in any size. Changing things like colors is also easy with it). I originally planned on attaching huge PNGs as well, but the file size limit of 5 megabytes made me do otherwise.
Headlamp sticker:
I took some artistic liberties with this one, as the original was in rather bad shape. I don't speak German or French so I dropped those languages, and did my best to reconstruct the Japanese. As such it only has English and Japanese, and to fill up the space I enlarged the diagram a bit. I printed this 4 cm high and it fits nicely. Should be put in the center of the bar right in front of the radiator.
Rod tige:
Printed at 2.2cm height, I put it at around 45° where the rod goes on the hood.
Bleeder plug sticker:
This one is almost completely OEM looking, except I added the line-break in the Japanese a bit earlier than original (2nd line originally is only 外しなさい). (Didn't print yet.)
Overflow tank sticker:
This one is completely accurate (well, the font is slightly different, but I think it is close enough). (Didn't print yet.)
Radiator cap:
This one is tricky. I plan on having this printed, but I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the background. The original cap seems to be transparent? Or at least it has lots its color. Anyways, for the PNG image I added a grey background, but I'll probably try printing it on metallic material, in which case a transparent background one should be used (you can change it easily enough in the SVG).
Bonus image, 86 spec sheet:
The images found on the internet and not nearly high enough resolution, so I took my time doing this one. There are numerous typesetting differences between it and the original, and I also added the colors found in the 87 spec sheet (minus Turbo II of course). The one difference in content is that I removed the automatic transmission MPGs (they did not really fit, and they were the same anyways). A black-and-white version mimicking the image found in the 2nd gen FAQ can be exported from the SVG.

Hey j9fd3s...
Yes, it’s a bit obsessive but,
Would you also happen to have the precise placement drawings for the GXL stickers that are located on the lower rear sides of the front quarter panels?

On both sides the GXL sticker is 12 mm above the edge of the molding recess, and its rearmost part (the middle of the G on the other side) is 55 mm from the end of the panel.

@Barnahadnagy Have you started printing any of these? As far as the chassis stickers go, I know that I had issues printing the TurboII / GXL style due to the sweet 80's gradient text. Have you successfully printed any of them?

I only did the headlight and rod ones, going to do the overflow, rad-cap, and bleeder soon. The one I'm a bit worried about is the rad cap one, I'm probably going to use a metallic base material on it. I have a set of spare GXL and Mazda stickers from Atkins so I didn't do those, but the GXL ones do seem to be harder to get right.
On another note I'm doing some work with the hood insulation and the middle sticker on the hood is really starting to bother me with its misalignment. I'll probably make on of those soon .

I see. Yea I have a set of Red TurboII decals that I have been sitting on for a couple years now.
What are you using to print these if I may ask? I'm picking up another straight lower mileage S5 that I plan to restore. It would be nice to replace many of the faded/missing decals. I've only dabbled with the large vinyl cutter but never made stickers before.

I don't have an exact model (one of my acquaintances prints them, I'll ask him when I meet him next time), but it is a proper sticker printer that you input the image and a cut-map into. It then not only prints it, but automatically cuts it out as well. As far as material vinyl or metallic vinyl can be used (probably many others too). I did try printing onto sticky vinyl using a regular inkjet printer in the past and that worked too, but creating perfect cuts by hand is a real pain. Especially when the stickers have rounded edges.
