FC S5 Turbo 2 Vert A/C condenser removal easy way
FC S5 Turbo 2 Vert A/C condenser removal easy way
Hello.
I'm just rebuilding my FC S5 Vert Turbo 2 A/C system.
I'm changing all o rings and i would like to flush the system.
Other part of the A/C system are pretty easy to remove apart the condenser.
There isn't a "how to" remove the a/c condenser.
The Haynes manual just tells to remove the radiator and to unbolt the bolts of the condenser.
I would not to drain the cooling system so i prefer to not remove the radiator.
Is it possible to remove the a/c condenser without removing the radiator?
If it is can someone link me to a visual guide?
Oh my system is the one with DENSO compressor, so it was not an "optional system" with Sanden compressor mounted after. It was a japan factory one.
Thank you.

After all for a perfect job i think i will drain the cooling system and remove the radiator.
I'm asking you if it easy to unplug the refrigerant lines from the condenser.
Keep in mind that they are never touched in almost 30 years.
Is there a risk to broke the condenser connection pipes by the excessive torque if the bolts are stuck?
