Fc Rx7 revving issues
When I give my rx7 some throttle its will hit a certain rpm (3-5k) and sputter then die off. The car starts up just fine and when I bought it it has been sitting in storage for 7 months before hand and now this issue has come up. Any suggestions on the issue would help.

PLEASE SHARE SOME INFO ABOUT YOUR CAR! YEAR- NA? TURBO? MAINTAINANCE DONE PRIOR TO ISSUE? ATTEMPTED REPAIRS TO ADDRESS ISSUE
so when your car starts up does it go through cold start? during that time does your tachometer suddenly drop and go back to level? or does it just start and rev up and die?

It's a 1987 mazda rx7 n/a when I bought it had been in storage for 7 months prior to this. It starts up fine revs up to 3,000 rpms for the cold start and then it goes back down to idle. But then when you give it throttle it will rev up and sputter and act like it fuel cuts at different rpms it also does this while driving.

check the grounds and maybe add some to the engine. also, check the FC3S Pro v2.0:  TPS adjustment for 1986-1988 RX-7 Turbo II models this link will show you how to check and adjust the tps if needed also to see if you need to replace it. remember the car is 30+ years old things break. start there and also check the FAQ and use the search feature of this site. you are for sure not the only one that got this problem. you find many people also with solutions. good luck
