FC NA Rats Nest help needed!
Hello all! Just bought my first RX7 6 months ago, and rebuilt the engine a month past, and have some minor issues...
Idles roughly, but will idle at the recommended setting with minor fluctuations(750).
A/C on causes idle to drop, and car will die.
Fuel mileage is 15 mpg, not as good as it should be, considering good engine condition.
I've battled all the other rebuild demons, such as oil and water leaks. Now it's time to tackle the air leaks.
I think someone had monkey'd around with the rats nest before I bought the car (the same moron who reversed the overflow tank input causing it to never suck any liquid from the overflow tank). Some of the tubing just doesn't look right. Does anyone have pictures of a correctly connected FC rats nest (showing solenoid, metal tubing, and check valve connections)?
I have looked at the factory diagrams, but either my eyes aren't good enough, or there isn't enough detail to correctly connect everything.
This is for a 90 NA. Thanks everyone!
