Does anybody know the oil to gas ratio for the rotaries? I blocked off the oil metering pump for precaution and i need to know the ration to serve at every gas station visit, i hear 4-8oz. of chevron delo per 10 gal. of 91 oct. is fine? or a quart??

 

100:1 is what Ive heard...havent done this myself...but will be one of the FIRST things I do when I get to working on mine!

 

Generally it's 1 ounce per 1 gallon of mixture for a safe ratio.

I have also heard 1oz for every 1 galon, however, It sound a little to much. That is equal to consuming 1 qt of oil every 600-700 miles on a car with an operating OMP.

I am using 1/2 oz for every gallon of gas

 

Two strokes usually use about a 30:1 ratio or so. I'm not sure it'd be a good idea to use 256:1 ratio....
