All right dood you gota start searching and checking the FAQ.
They don’t flood b/c of the fuel pump. Ether you have leaky injectors or low compression on motor. Possible you shut it off before fully warmed up. Basically there is too much fuel in chamber and car wont turn over. Du to the design of a rotary it requires very large injectors to dump fuel in since it does not have the time or ability to puddle fuel in the intake slowly. This combination can lead flooding. If injectors are leaking, when the car is off it is still dropping the fuel that is in the line into the motor until the pressure in the rail is relived from the rail.
