Question Annoying brake question

i did my brakes last week. all around and a new mc. i bleed the brakes but have not started the car because of a FPR problem. now, when i press the pedal, the "stop" light goes on. and it hard to stop the car if pushed...now could it be because i have not started the car yet? i know most cars have assisted braking systems and are only required by law to give two good pumps after the car is turn off. seeing the car hasnt even started, could that be the problem?

There's your problem. The assisted braking system is vacuum assisted. You have yet to create vacuum. This will happen on pretty much every vehicle that you will work on the brakes. Once you clear up your FPR problem and start the car, everything will be good again.
