Question FC Exhaust suggestions

Hey guys, I need a new exhaust for my N/A FC, any suggestions. I dont really have a lot of cash, and I was looking at maybe a Borla or an RSR. I dont want something thats ***** off the wall loud and prefurably dual exits.

Do you want a complete system or cat back? Racing beat is by far the best in my opinion, and has a great tone (not too loud but noticeable) but it is going to be pricey. Check the for sale section for a used one maybe.

well 600 is more than enough for a catback. Just go with the racing beat if you don't want it to be excessivley loud.

I have a full RB exhaust and it's quiet and sounds great. I recommend RB and you can pick up a RB catback for around $600 bucks. Do it!

yeah for sure go for the Racing Beat better. 600 will get you something pretty good or E bay N1 cat-back single exhaust. my friend had it and its quiet. new will be priced high.

For not much cash, buy a true dual header and have a shop weld you up a custom system using a 2 pipe pre-silencer (not a glass pack, it won't last), going to two mufflers (one each side). Should be reasonably inexpensive.

for duals: it will be the RBs, you cant go wrong
for single, there is alot to choose from:
CS, Apexi N1 Single, Apexi GT, HKS High power, and more to choose from

wait....doesnt dynomax mufflers uses fiberglass matting to absorb the sound????

Im looking at the site and for all of their exhaust except the bullet and the collector, it uses fiberglass matting. Though it says high temp, I dont think it can withstand 1000 degrees of rotary power.

im sure some people are going to disagree but i just got a Monza pasesetter header and catback system and i really like the way it sounds and it gives you nice dual chrome tips out the rear seems to be constructed very well. the cat back system cost me like $450 so for the money i say pace setter. it is hard to beat the RB stuff but if you are on a budget there sre some other companies that make decent stuff

Yea I may switch to RB, right now i have Borla there're bullet proof but a bit too loud at around 3000RPM. Definitely RB from front to back would be best!
