plus i think thats for the 1st gen 13B i talked to SDJ about oil pans one day, they said the stock FC pan is a great design that didnt really need improvement over the RB baffle.

Now that I think about, I believe you are right. I don't really see too many apparent flaws in the stock oil pan, but I'm not exactly an expert.

cooling? that huge stock oil cooler is gona do 100 times more than some fins on the bottom of the pan.
