FB injectors and a standalone... on an S5.

so here is my confusion, my S5 j-spec is still sitting, waiting on my slow, poor *** to decide on the right injector setup.

with the S5 being equipped with high imp. injectors, could i swap out my primaries with LOW imp. 680cc's from an FB? would it matter with a standalone what the imp. is? would i need any resistors? what would i do here?

also... i can't find a damn 720cc injector besides greddy.(new) anywhere else? or are they just about the only ones...

any help would be great.

edit, just found these...

Yes, this is a common swap.

Yes, it matters because the EMS may not be able to run a certain type of injector, it may not be able to run a mix of different impedance injectors, and/or you may be limited to how many injectors you can use per lead. This all depends on the EMS, so check with the manual or your dealer.

Keep in mind that not all injectors are rated at the same fuel pressure, so some may have a bit more or less flow than others with the same "cc" rating.
