Question Fast idle cam adjustment?

I been having this problem with my T2 i wondering if the problem is my fast idle cam? My car starts the first time every time thats not the problem its when its started the idle goes about 1500 then slowly die out. when tps is unpluged it hold idle oh and for sum reason it takes really long for it to read warm on the tech. Any body know anything about this

the fast idle cam's job is to hold the rpm at 1500ish and when the engine warms up it should come down and idle on its own. If it's not idling you've got something else going on. In your case apparently it was an ignition problem but normally I would say to check for a vacuum leak first.
